FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 
1. Which credit cards does GAMEBULL accept?
 
We accept Mastercard and Visa and your payment is made using PayPal. 
 
Please note:  You do not have to sign up with PayPal in order to purchase from us, simply choose the option which allows you to use your credit card as in any other secure online purchase.
 
Once you've completed your order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.  If any of the order information is incorrect please let us know immediately. 
 
2. Does GAMEBULL receive my credit card information?
 
No.  PayPal does not pass on your credit card information to us.
 
3. Can I pay using a cheque or money order?
 
Yes.  Simply, email us at sales@gamebullboxing.com with your name, shipping address and the items you would like to order.  Include the colour, size and quantity, as well as your preferred method of shipment (Australia Post, Air Mail or Courier).  We will calculate the total cost of your order including shipment and email you back.  If you wish to proceed with the order please let us know and we will then email you an invoice with the total cost of your items, including shipping charges.  The invoice will also contain an order number.  Please write that number on the back of the cheque or money order so we know which items to send and where to ship them.  Your order will be shipped upon clearance of the cheque.  Please allow up to 10 days for clearance to occur. 
 
4. How does Gamebull ship my gear?
 
We use Australia Post for domestic orders and Air Mail for international orders.
 
We can also ship your items using a courier service for an additional cost if you prefer.
 
If you would like your items to be shipped using a courier service please email us at sales@gamebullboxing.com with your name, shipping address and the items you would like to order, including their color, size and quantity.  We will calculate the total cost of your order, including shipping charges and email you back.  If you are happy with the total cost and wish to proceed with your order please let us know and we will email you an invoice payable through PayPal.  As soon as your payment is received we will ship your order.
 
5. What is the shipping cost?
 
Shipping costs vary due to the size of your order, destination and method of shipment. 
 
6. How long will it take to receive my gear?
 
Please allow up to 3 business days for Australian orders to be delivered.  
 
International orders may take up to 10 business days.
 
Your items will be shipped either on the day your order is received or the next.
 
7. Can I get a refund?
 
Yes you can.  If you are not happy with your item/s please email or phone us within 30 days from the shipping date on your invoice.  Any refund requests after 30 days from the shipping date on your invoice will not be accepted.  You will need your original invoice to claim a refund.
 
We will refund your money as soon as we receive the original item/s we sent you along with the original invoice.
 
We will not give a refund if an item has been worn, washed, damaged or altered as a result of abuse, or any other alteration to the product's original state. 
 
We will not refund any shipping charges incurred by you, except for those instances where we sent you a wrong or defective product.
 
Please note:  Always keep your original invoice.
 
8. Can I exchange my gear for a different size?
 
Yes.  Simply contact us by email or phone within 30 days from the shipping date on your invoice.  Any exchange requests after 30 days from the shipping date on your invoice will not be accepted.  You will need your original invoice to claim an exchange.
 
Please choose your items carefully.  When an exchange is requested, you will incur the additional cost of shipping another product.
 
We will ship your new product as soon as we receive the original product along with the original invoice.
  
We will not exchange products that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered as a result of abuse, or any other alteration to the product's original state and then returned due to improper sizing.
 
Please note:  Always keep your original invoice.
 
9.  What if I receive a defective product?
 
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product please contact us by email or phone within 30 days from the shipping date on your invoice.  Any defective product claims after 30 days from the shipping date on your invoice will not be accepted.  You will need your original invoice to claim a refund or exchange.
 
In the case where you request another product in exchange for the defective product you will not incur the additional cost of shipping another product to you.
 
However we do not refund the shipping charges incurred by you when returning a defective product to us.
 
We will ship your new product as soon as we receive the original product along with the original invoice.   
 
We will not warranty products that are damaged or altered as a result of abuse, or any other alteration to the product's original state.
